Hooray! Hooray!! Another dogs on Thursday rolls around again. This week, I'm spotlighting Elvira. Elvira is at North Shore Animal League in New York state. It's not an uncommon fact that large, black dogs have a much harder time finding a home, but look at that gorgeous face!
